What happens to the returned products?

We do not really get products returned to us. Instead, we usually offer a refund or replacement right away to avoid any additional logistics that aren't environmentally friendly. But if the customer still decides to return something as they absolutely can during the 30-day return window. The product will be either restocked and resold if it's completely new and unused or it will be gifted to a local homeless charity. Nothing ever goes to waste and we never burn extra stock or send it to foreign countries.
