Returns

You have the right to cancel your order containing physical goods, which were placed through the online store and return the products within 30 days of receiving the order. The returned products must be unused and fit to be resold or gifted to charity. Products must be unused and in good condition without any additional smells, stains or animal hair. All returned items are checked before we make any refunds. If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible before it ships. After it has shipped, the return will be at your own cost.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. All claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We highly encourage you to always contact Morbid North first concerning any and all return cases with the form below.

Returns cannot be accepted on the following products if the packaging has been opened:

• Products containing CD, LP, DVD and/or Blu-Ray media

• Lingerie and swimwear

• Items containing animal hair

• Face masks

The return policy does not apply to:

• Custom made or tailored products

• Sealed products if the seal has been broken

• Digital goods
