I ordered to the wrong address. What should I do?

If you ordered to the wrong address please message us as soon as possible. If the product hasn't been shipped yet, we can still change your address.

If you've already got the shipping notification, then it's out of our hands and we cannot change your address anymore.
All our shipments will include a tracking number. In some countries, you can contact your local postal services and try to redirect your shipment with the tracking number.
