Do you have a license for x print?

All our bands are required to sign a license agreement to give us permission to sell their merch. You see any band merch that is violating some 3rd party copyrights, please contact us soon as possible so we can double-check if there is an issue or if the band actually holds a permit to use it. Bands hold complete responsibility for the prints they send us and we may not be able to check if they include copyrighted content or not as such technology does not exist yet.

Morbid North | Apparel may have products with recognizable art or characters from vintage films. All products featuring such prints are using only copyright-free content unless specifically mentioned as official merch from such brand.
